The location was marvellous and lovely for traveling around Harrogate, right by the conservatory, most areas and restaurant. The staff were exceptional, pleasant and helped me with free parking. My room was new-fashioned with an exceptionally comfortable bed and reasonable breakfasts.

I appreciated its superfriendly and immensely pleasant employees.
The location was magnificent and unbeatable, so close to the restaurant and Harrogate and the conservatory. My room was fabulous and luxurious with lovely toiletries in bathroom, had smoke detectors for safety measures.

Easy to find n in a quiet spot which was cool. The staff were super cute, and the public areas felt light n airy. My king room was comfy, tho a lil small, but the bed was amazin! Dinner was delicious n breakfast had a great selection of fruit, croissants, and more.

Charming and Cozy Stay with Amazing Staff
I stayed in a King Room, lovely and super clean with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a restful night. The staff here were attentive. I also enjoyed a fantastic martini at the outdoor bar. One downside was the lack of air conditioning.

The staff were really good, always attentive and cute. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable and the room was super clean. The bathroom featured high-quality towels and a soft dressing gown.

Comfortable stay with a nice breakfast!
We stayed here for a night and were really surprised! The beds were so comfy and the room had all the essentials. Even with a roadside view, it was really quiet. The continental breakfast had a solid variety, and we also enjoyed a delicious meal on arrival. Just wish the parking was a bit easier.
